If you’re not sure about a choice, the server has never steered us wrong with a recommendation. Your food is always prepared individually so minor changes are not a problem for the kitchen. Says a lot about a business that can keep employees through difficult times. This year we were very happy to see some of the employees from previous years, even with the temporary closure from Covid. For an hour or so you can eat dinner and quietly look around the room and see many Race Car drivers or Team Owners. and chances of getting seated as a walk in during race weekend are slim to none. We are in Long Beach unfortunately only once a year for the Indy Car Grand Prix, but I always make a reservation 6-8 weeks in advance. This is a must stop if you are looking for delicious Italian food.
